Regal Club – Commercial Account Membership is our hotel corporate incentive program for corporate staff members of registered account who make bookings of room, banquet and MICE at our hotels in Hong Kong and mainland China.

Types of Membership*

Commercial Individual: Allow you the greatest flexibility. Each company can have unlimited number of membership accounts. Points will be stored separately.

Commercial Shared: Easier to manage and redeem. One membership for one company. Points will be stored in one membership. You can assign a maximum of two representatives to manage the account.

*Each company can only apply for one type of membership, either Commercial Individual or Commercial Shared membership and shall not change after confirmation.

Terms and Conditions

Members can earn 5 Regal Points for every HK$1 spent on hotel rooms, banquet or MICE, effective 1 May 2024.
Government tax (if necessary), service charges, complimentary room, miscellaneous charges paid by individual guest, contract out; paid out etc. cannot earn Regal Club points.
For MICE event, no maximum capacity for room expenses.
For MICE event, Chinese or Western banquet bookings arranged through Room Sales or Catering Department, Regal points granted is limited to maximum of HK$100,000, while no points will be provided for discounted banquet bills.
No split points are allowed, points will only be granted to the person who sign the contract and must be a valid Regal Club member.
Earning of Regal Club points will be calculated based on actual paid rate only.

Membership of the Program is divided into three tiers.

A Tier 3 Membership will be given to a member upon registration for membership. Membership may be upgraded to another tier, or membership at a particular tier may be renewed, subject to member’s fulfilment of the qualifying spending criteria within a membership year:

A Membership year lasts 12 months from the later of (i) the date of activation of a member’s account or (ii) the date of upgrading, renewing or downgrading to a Membership tier.
Membership tier upgrade will be processed immediately as soon as the members fulfill the qualifying spending criteria within a Membership year, while the validity of Regal Points in the member’s account will remain unchanged. Once upgraded to a new Membership tier, a member can enjoy the benefits and privileges available to members of the upgraded tier in their next spending. Membership tier renewal or downgrade will be processed after the end of a Membership year.
Regal Hotels International Limited shall be entitled to make or impose any adjustment, restriction or limitation on the upgrade, renewal or downgrade of a Membership tier at any time without any prior notice.
