This package does not include Hong Kong Disneyland ticket. Guests should present valid Disneyland tickets upon check in or welcome to purchase the tickets at Hotel’s Concierge.

- Complimentary daily breakfast at Petra per room occupancy on check out date 

- Free scheduled Shuttle Bus Service from Hotel to Hong Kong Disneyland, subject to availability. Taxi reimbursement (maximum $150 per car per stay) with taxi receipt at front desk for return trip from Hong Kong Disneyland to the Hotel, available for staying from 27 December 2024 to 28 February 2025 inclusive.

- Late check-out until 3pm subject to hotel availability

- Exclusive access to Premier Lounge with continental breakfast and refreshments (for paid Suite only)

- Complimentary in-room WiFi access for 8 devices           

- Complimentary local telephone calls

• In case of any dispute, the decision of Regala Skycity Hotel should be final and conclusive.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the Promotional Rate you have confirmed. A full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.

New Regulation on Disposable Plastic Products

As part of Regal’s initiative on sustainability, we strive to minimize the occurrence of environmental pollution in our business activities.

With the new regulation on disposable plastic products starting on 22 April 2024, disposable plastic toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water will no longer be provided in hotels for free. All Regal Hotels will supply eco-friendly alternatives instead. Meanwhile, we also highly encourage guests to bring their own toiletries.
