Shifting into fall, Regal Terrace of Regal Riverside Hotel serves up a cornucopia of seasonal Cantonese delicacies that meld craftsmanship and timeless appeal. This curated menu for 6 to 12 persons features snake of different breeds with meticulously chosen ingredients, such as chrysanthemum, to enhance the flavours of each course.

Apart from exquisite appetizers, some of the highlights are Stir-fried Shredded Snake Meat with Colourful Vegetables and Celery, Five Kinds Snake Meat Broth with Chrysanthemum, Braised Lamb Belly with Bean Curd Sheet in Casserole, and Stewed Chicken with Chinese Herbs in Casserole.
